Claims of defamation
And evidence of the truth
On September 8 2023, Marie Nygren filed a defamation claim against this website.
Defamation is the umbrella term for the situation where a statement is made that is unfair, untrue and is likely to lower other people’s opinion of the defamed person or business.
The main defence against a defamation claim is when the statements given are true in substance and in fact.
Reporting a series of events as they happened does not constitute defamation. The evidence provided on this page confirms that the claims against Marie Nygren are factual. This website provides only facts and intentionally avoids theories, rumours, and unsubstantiated claims, of which there are many.

Marie Nygren suddenly left the country on holiday less than 24 hours after Milo's disappearance.
Note the 2 different explanations Marie Nygren gave to Milo’s owners for leaving to Turin. The missing text on page 3 says “Regarding my leaving within 24h – I had no more energy in my body to spend or give“.
Marie Nygren operates without insurance or the correct permissions.
Milo’s owners have invited Marie Nygren to provide evidence that she had the correct insurance and license to offer dog boarding at the time of Milo’s disappearance.
